We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE) across our mobile applications, websites, web applications, and related digital products. This document outlines our child-safety practices, enforcement protocols, and contact points, including those required by Google Play's CSAE policy for applicable mobile apps.

2. Our Commitment to Child Safety

We do not develop, host, or promote content that depicts, facilitates, or encourages CSAE. Our digital products are designed with appropriate safeguards to prevent harmful access or behavior. We cooperate with lawful investigations related to CSAE and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behavior is strictly forbidden across all Orixa Studio digital products and platforms:

• Uploading or sharing content that involves or suggests child sexual exploitation.
• Using a Service to engage in inappropriate contact with or grooming of minors.
• Seeking, distributing, or attempting to access illegal or explicit material involving minors.

4. Reporting Mechanism

Where an in-product reporting feature is available, users can use it to report suspected CSAE behavior. Reports can always be made directly to [email protected] (Designated CSAE Contact).

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account restriction or suspension, preservation of relevant records, and notification of the appropriate authorities.

5. Prevention Measures

Depending on a product's features and risks, prevention measures may include:

• Content and behavior monitoring tools
• Age-gating and restricted features for users under 18
• In-product flagging or reporting for user-generated content
• Regular audit of content shared via media or chat (where applicable)

6. Legal Compliance

Orixa Studio complies with all applicable national and international child protection laws and policies, including:

• Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act (India)
• Information Technology (IT) Act and Rules
• Google Play Developer Program Policies related to child safety
• Reporting obligations to National/Regional Cybercrime and Child Protection Agencies
