Welcome to Orixa Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, web applications, and related digital products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Except for SafetyCam as described below, our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using those Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
SafetyCam is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users aged 13 to 17 should use SafetyCam with a parent or legal guardian's involvement where required by applicable law. SafetyCam is not directed to children under 13. See the SafetyCam Privacy Policy for its data practices.
Unless otherwise stated, the content, code, design, and branding within the Services are owned by Orixa Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
Our general Privacy Policy covers the website and other Orixa Studio services. The SafetyCam Privacy Policy covers SafetyCam and controls if the two policies describe its data practices differently.
SafetyCam is a personal-safety recording tool. You are responsible for using it lawfully and respecting other people's privacy, consent, and recording rights. SafetyCam does not contact emergency services or guarantee that a recording will succeed in every situation. Device hardware, permissions, storage, battery state, and Android restrictions can affect capture. Its core recording and vault features are available without payment.
SafetyCam offers optional Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. Only Yearly may offer a seven-day trial for eligible Play accounts; Weekly and Monthly have no trial. Lifetime is no longer offered and does not grant Premium, including for previous purchases. Before you confirm a purchase, Google Play displays the localized price, billing interval, trial eligibility, and renewal terms. Unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends, an active subscription renews at the price and frequency shown in Google Play.
An active recognized subscription with the Premium entitlement removes advertising. SafetyCam's emergency recording, encrypted vault, playback, and other safety features remain available without payment. You can restore purchases in SafetyCam. You can manage or cancel a subscription through SafetyCam's Customer Center or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. Google Play's purchase, cancellation, and refund terms apply to transactions processed by Google Play.
These SafetyCam-specific terms apply only to SafetyCam. The rest of these Terms continue to apply to our other Services.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or free from defects, delays, or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orixa Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Services. You use the Services at your own risk.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a Service for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, harms others, or threatens the Service's security or operation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
